Melaku Tekelehawariyat

Melaku Tekelehawariyat is  Ph.D. student in Nanotechnology at the University of Trieste, carrying out his research activities at the MOST beamline of Elettra, Trieste. He obtained his M.Sc. in Advanced Medical Physics from the ICTP-University of Trieste joint program. His research focuses on chiral carbon quantum dots and XUV metalenses, with interests in synchrotron-based spectroscopy, advanced optical characterization, charge-transfer processes, and solar-driven energy applications.
